 KDMC's Intensive and Critical Care Unit is dedicated to meeting the specialized needs of critically ill medical, surgical and pediatric patients. The nurse-to-patient ratio ensures that patients receive individualized attention and care by skilled Registered Nurses certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. The units are equipped with the latest in medical technology, in addition to the high-tech services such as laboratory, pharmacy,  cardiopulmonary services and diagnostic radiology so they may continually monitor and treat each patient according to their individual needs. Telemetry monitoring of medical/surgical patients is also provided.
